SLE	Responsibilities/Dependencies
Fulfillment: Existing Customers: 80% within 5 business days New Customers: 80% within 15 business days	Customer Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement. EOTSS Responsible for adding a new website to validate expected performance or modifying or removing a website currently monitored by the EOTSS Monitoring Service per the customer’s requirements.
