What you need for Renew your manufacturer registration for Pharmaceutical Code of Conduct
If you have not previously done so you will need to create an account and link your Pharmaceutical Code of Conduct registration to it. Please see the Creating an Account section of our user guide for information on how to get started. Once an account has been created please see the How Do I Link My License to My Account section of our user guide for the steps to link a license.
Please Note: In order to link the account you will need a Registration PIN Code. This was sent to the email on record when switching to the new system. If you do not have this Registration PIN Code please email the program at Pharmameddata@mass.gov asking for this and include your Unique ID (CC####).

How to renew Renew your manufacturer registration for Pharmaceutical Code of Conduct
- Log into the Massachusetts Health Professions Licensing System
- Navigate to “Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Manufacturer Code of Conduct Registration” and click “Show Details”.
- Find the license you would like to renew and click “Start Renewal Application” followed by “Start Application”.
- Continue through the application following the instructions on each page and completing the required fields. You will be prompted to pay the renewal fee to complete the application.
- Once all required fields have been completed the license will automatically be renewed until the following July 1st.

Late renewal registration: If your company did not submit a renewal form in past years, you must submit a renewal form and include a $2,000.00 fee for each year your company was required to renew your manufacturer registration for Pharmaceutical Code of Conduct. This should be done as soon as possible.
