- If you need to set up an E-Licensing account for the first time, see instructions to create an online account
- Your business address
- $2,000.00 fee payment

How to renew Renew your manufacturer registration for Pharmaceutical Code of Conduct
- Log in to the Massachusetts Online Licensing/Pharmaceutical Code of Conduct E-Licensing website
- Enter your CC#### as license number and Renewal ID you received and submit.
- Select Licensing Renewal on the left-hand navigation menu.
- Select the Continue link next to the license type you are renewing.
- Select License Address
- If everything is correct, select the Complete button.
- If information is incorrect or missing, select the Edit button and make necessary changes.
- Select Finish.
- After reading the attestation, select the Yes button to continue.
- Enter information for the $2,000.00 fee payment (either credit card or checking account information)
- Click Submit.
- Select the Print Receipt button to print this information as proof of submission and receipt of payment.
You should only use this form if your company is unable to use the online registration renewal system.

Late renewal registration: If your company did not submit a renewal form in past years, you must submit a renewal form and include a $2,000.00 fee for each year your company was required to renew your manufacturer registration for Pharmaceutical Code of Conduct. This should be done as soon as possible.
