What you need
Renewal period:
You may renew your Radiologic Technologist license up to 2 months before its expiration. If your license has been expired for more than 6 months, you must submit a re-activation application for your expired license.
To renew, you will need:
- Copy of your A.R.R.T. Verification on letterhead or N.M.T.C.B. certification website verification
- Instructions on how to obtain ARRT verification are in downloads below
- Documentation of CEU Credits from the last full biennium
- Example: Copies of individual certificates, or A.S.R.T. website summary printout
- See 105 CMR 125.009 for acceptable CEU requirements
Please note: Licensed RTs must maintain documentation of CEUs obtained for the current renewal cycle and previous renewal cycle at each place of employment.

Pay by credit card or electronic fund transfer using the Environmental Health eLicensing Portal.
