The Details of Renew Your Real Estate Appraisers License
What you need for Renew Your Real Estate Appraisers License
All renewal applicants must complete a minimum of 28 hours of continuing education, 7 of which must be a USPAP update course. For a full explanation of educational requirements and pre-license course requirements, please see this page.

To renew your license online, consult the license renewal form mailed to your address. If you do not have a license renewal form, your authorization code can be located here.
The option to renew will only be present if there are 90-days or less before your license expiration date.
Fees for Renew Your Real Estate Appraisers License
All fees are non-refundable. License Renewal Fees are listed by Type Class.
- Trainees can only renew their applications a maximum of four times.
- For license renewals, late fee is in addition to renewal fee if renewal is received beyond license expiration date.
