If you are an attorney seeking testimony from a DCJIS witness, you may submit a request.
- To submit a request for firearms licensing testimony, you will need:
- Name/date of birth of the defendant
- Docket number of underlying court matter
- Court where matter is pending
- Criminal charges
- Date of trial
- Date of testimony
- Name of Assistant District Attorney (ADA) prosecuting the matter on behalf of the Commonwealth
- Cellphone number of the ADA prosecuting the matter on behalf of the Commonwealth
- To submit a request for testimony regarding CJIS audit records, you will need:
- Court case caption (ie. Commonwealth v. ______________)
- Information regarding all relevant CJIS audit records (names/DOBs, registration numbers, VIN, OLNs, ect…)
- Summary of anticipated testimony
- Docket number of underlying court matter
- Court where matter is pending
- Date of trial or motion
- Date of testimony
- Name of requesting attorney
- Cellphone number of requesting attorney
- To submit a request for another type of DCJIS testimony, you will need:
- Court case caption (ie. Commonwealth v. ______________)
- Summary of anticipated testimony
- Docket number of underlying court matter
- Court where matter is pending
- Date of trial or motion
- Date of testimony
- Name of requesting attorney
- Cellphone number of requesting attorney
