What you need for Request lab discovery (all non-OAT and non-PMT requests)
The Case Management Unit processes discovery requests for all units, except for the Office of Alcohol Testing and the Postmortem Toxicology Unit.
Requests must be received from a District Attorney's Office or in the form of an approved court order.
Each request should include:
- Laboratory case number
- Materials you are requesting
- Contact information (mailing address and phone number) of the requestor
Freedom of Information Act requests should be forwarded to the laboratory legal team.

To submit your request by phone, call the Case Management Unit at (978) 451-3440.
You can submit your request via email to the Case Management Unit.
