What you need

If you need to provide proof of unemployment benefits income:

  • In many cases, less formal information from your online account will work. If the requesting agency doesn’t need a formal letter, log in to your Unemployment Account for Workers to download required information.
  • If the requesting agency does need a formal letter, follow the instructions to submit a request by email or mail.
