The Details of ServiceNow Account
What you need for ServiceNow Account
Someone from your agency with an existing ServiceNow account must submit this request. If no one at your agency has an existing ServiceNow account, please reach out to the Customer Engagement team: eotss-centralizedintake@mass.gov.
Required information:
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone Number
- Email Address
- Secretariat
- Agency
- Job title
- Location
- Manager
- Support group to be added to (if applicable)
- Note if you want to add (provision) or remove (deprovision) the user
Fees for ServiceNow Account
There is no fee to create a ServiceNow account.

Who can request?
Commonwealth employees, whether or not currently supported by EOTSS.

Request online*:
*If you already have a ServiceNow account, you can submit a request for a ServiceNow account on someone else's behalf.
If you do not have a ServiceNow account:
Submit a general Ticket via email, including the required information listed under the "What you need" section of this page
