Features

ServiceNow users with the appropriate permissions may request the ServiceNow team to provide them with a report and/or dashboard to view requested ServiceNow data, or ask for the team’s help creating their own. 

Please note that in order to access reports and/or dashboards, you must have authorized access to underlying ServiceNow data.

Fulfillment: 80% within 1 month*

*Note: Total time to complete fulfillment may vary based on the complexity of the request.

Customer

  • Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement.
  • The customer must have authorized access to underlying ServiceNow data in order to access this service.
  • SLE is dependent on the complexity of the customer’s request.

EOTSS

  • Responsible for requesting discovery meeting(s) with the customer until requirements are finalized.
  • Responsible for providing view access to the following requested ServiceNow data based on customer requirements:
    • ServiceNow report and/or dashboard
    • Assistance with creating their own ServiceNow report and/or dashboard
  • Responsible for informing the customer of updated SLE, when possible.
