The Details

What you need

To complete an application, enter all required information and upload the following documents:

  • A current/valid Massachusetts Master or Journeyperson Sheet Metal Worker license
  • A 2” x 2” color passport-style photo    
  • The “CORI Authorization Form”   

Applicants must possess a Massachusetts’ Master or Journeyperson Sheet Metal Worker’s license in good standing, have a minimum of 7 years of sheet metal work experience, and be of good moral character.

Fees

This fee is not refundable. Active military members, their spouses & military veterans may qualify for fee-reduction benefits under the Valor Act.

Incomplete applications will be held open for 180 days from the date of application receipt in order to allow applicants to provide the missing information or documentation. After 180 days have elapsed, the incomplete application will be considered abandoned, and applicants will need to submit a new application and payment.
