What you need
Self-Audit Request - request a report memorializing all non-criminal justice agencies that have requested your Criminal Offender Record Information from DCJIS.
Fee Waiver Request - To request a waiver of the fee associated with obtaining a CORI report from the iCORI system.
Fees
You can make a request to self-audit at any time. If you make additional requests within the 90-day period, there is a $25 fee per additional request. A self-audit may be requested every 90 days without a fee.
