Please follow the instructions provided in the cement concrete producers annual letter. We no longer accept mailed, facsimile (faxes), and emailed prequalification documents for the program. Please submit all documents online via the MassDOT Cement Concrete Producer SharePoint Site (please contact Richard Mulcahy for SharePoint access and additional information).
