    TUR Report

    Toxics Use Reports must be submitted annually via eDEP by July 1st of the year following the calendar year for which the report is being filed.

    TUR Plan summary or alternative

    Plan Summaries and Planner Certifications must be submitted every two years on the even calendar year via eDEP by July 1st. 

  2. File and Amend Electronically

    eDEP Online Filing

    TURA filers must now electronically file and Amend (or revise) filings via eDEP.

    Please Note: If you have previously filed, you may not need to report for the most recent year if your facility:

    o    Stopped using a reportable chemical or reduced its use below the threshold,
    o    Has fewer than ten (10) full-time employees, or
    o    Entirely ceased operations.

    Under any of these circumstances, please submit the Non-Applicability Form or the Facility Closure Form below.
