Features
You may use this request to deprovision employees leaving the Commonwealth, as well as existing Commonwealth employees that are transferring to a different agency.
How to request
Who can request?
Designated Provisioning Coordinators (DPCs) ONLY - will request on behalf of Commonwealth employees and their authorized business partners, whether or not currently supported by EOTSS.

Fulfillment: 99% within 2 weeks after the user’s end date. Please note: the request must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the user’s end date. The user’s account will be disabled on the date identified as their last day. Important Note: User’s account, VPN, and MFA are disabled on the end date indicated in the request. All other tasks will be completed within the 2 weeks’ fulfillment noted above. Important Note: This request is for Standard User-Deprovisioning only | Customer
