Features
You may use this request to provision new Commonwealth employees, as well as existing Commonwealth employees that are transferring from a different agency.
If you require a VPN account for your new hire, please wait until this request has been closed. The user’s email address must first be created before VPN access can be granted. Once this request has been completed, your DSO may request VPN access for your new hire.

Designated Provisioning Coordinators (DPCs) ONLY - will request on behalf of Commonwealth employees and their authorized business partners, whether or not currently supported by EOTSS.

Fulfillment: 90% within 2 weeks before the user’s start date. Please note: the request must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the user’s start date. Important Note: This request is for Standard User Provisioning only If you require a VPN account for your new hire, please wait until this request has been closed.
