Features

You may use this request to provision new Commonwealth employees, as well as existing Commonwealth employees that are transferring from a different agency.

If you require a VPN account for your New Hire, you must provide/upload a written approval from your Designated Security Officer (DSO)

Who can request?

Designated Provisioning Coordinators (DPCs) ONLY - will request on behalf of Commonwealth employees and their authorized business partners, whether or not currently supported by EOTSS.

Fulfillment: 90% within 2 weeks before the user’s start date. Please note: the request must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the user’s start date.

Important Note: This request is for Standard User Provisioning only

Customer

  • Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement.
  • Responsible for submitting the request 2 weeks prior to the user’s start date.
  • Responsible for providing point of contact for username instructions to be sent to (i.e. a hiring manager, ITL, DPC, etc.)
  • Responsible for providing point of contact for Deskside Support to device prior to user’s start date.

EOTSS

  • Responsible for provisioning new Commonwealth employees, as well as existing Commonwealth employees that are transferring from a different agency per the customer’s requirements.
