  1. Arrange for payment

    If your name or the name of your business appears on this list, arrange for payment by contacting either:

    • The DOR tax examiner assigned to your case (listed on the written Notice of Intent to Disclose mailed to you), or
    • The Department's Collections Bureau at (617) 887-6400
  2. Make your payment

    Make payments directly to:

    Collections Bureau

    Massachusetts Department of Revenue

Before a taxpayer appears on this list, they have already been notified via letter from the Department of Revenue, as required by law. All taxpayers on this list can either pay the whole liability or resolve the liability in a way that satisfies our conditions.

To appear on this list, the taxpayer must:

  • Have more than $25,000 in total liabilities, and
  • Have not paid their taxes for at least 6 months from the day their taxes were assessed
