What you need
This application process has changed. Please review the instructions carefully and do not generate a transmittal number for any Chapter 91 applications.
This application type is for fill and/or structures for Nonwater-Dependent use, or any application with both Water-Dependent and Nonwater-Dependent Uses. This application should be used for both full (WW14) and partial (WW15) NWD applications. If the project site is located in a Municipal Harbor Planning Area, please file a WW16, if the application is a joint EIR/MEPA application please file a WW17.
A consultant or other representative may submit the application without the applicant having created an account or signed an authorization. After the initial submittal, Department staff will conduct a preliminary review of the application and send a “Proof of Signature” document that is required to be signed by all applicants (Permittees) and property owners.
