209 CMR 56.04: Right To Cure Notice - form correction

The form in 209 CMR 56.04 published in the Massachusetts Register on March 2, 2012 contained two wording matters that will be corrected.

The corrections will be effective as of March 2, 2012, and will be printed in the Massachusetts Register on March 30, 2012. The changes are in the French version of the declaration, and the reinsertion of the introductory phrase: "Make your payments to:".
