Meet the Team

Jessica Frost

Jessica Frost, Director

A U.S. Navy veteran from 1993 to 1996, Jessica understands the unique challenges faced by women transitioning from military to civilian life. Upon returning to her hometown in Houston, Texas, she grappled with the complexities of acclimating without a clear understanding of available benefits and services. It took over two decades for Jessica to fully embrace her veteran identity, a transformative journey that began when she assumed a role supporting veteran and military-affiliated students in a Massachusetts community college.

Now, leading the Women Veterans Network, Jessica is committed to creating connections among women veterans across Massachusetts. She values the diverse experiences each member brings, fostering a vibrant platform for shared wisdom and contributions.
