Applying for Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program Coupons

This webpage has information on who is eligible to receive a booklet of Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program coupons. The Farmers Market Nutrition Program is now closed. Please contact the area coordinator listed in the directory below in June 2024 for more information on next year's program. In 2024, coupons will be distributed July to September 30th, and expire on October 31.

The 2023 Farmers' Market Nutrition Program is now closed. Please read below for more information on eligibility and how to apply in 2024

To be eligible to receive Senior Farmers Market Coupons, you must be:

• 60 years of age or older, or
• Disabled and living in senior housing where congregate nutrition services are provide, and
• Your income must be lower than the Income Limits outlined below.
