MassAbility helps businesses and organizations build a more inclusive, dynamic workforce. For nearly 60 years, we’ve placed thousands of qualified candidates across all industries. To ensure your success, our team of professionals will support you through the hiring, placement, and employment process.
Why become an employer partner?
By partnering with MassAbility, you diversify your organization, achieve your workforce goals, and expand what’s possible in the professional lives of people with disabilities. To maximize your success, we:
- offer access to over 15,000 qualified, pre-screened candidates (67% of whom are currently enrolled in a career skills and training program)
- work with you before, during, and after the hiring process to help you maintain an efficient workforce
- provide a wide range of employer resources that help you comply with ADA (American with Disabilities Act) workplace guidelines, minimize training costs, support your employees, and learn about possible tax incentives
What is the process like?
Our On-the-Job-Training and evaluation programs make it easy to find qualified candidates that meet your staffing needs. Here's how these programs work:
1. You identify an open job position
2. We provide you a qualified job candidate
3. You interview the candidate, and if they are a good fit for your business, you hire them for a training period
4. We provide a training reimbursement agreement for this period
5. You evaluate the employee’s skills while they work for you
6. If you are satisfied with their performance, you have a new employee ready to help your business grow
