BHHL Dashboard Definitions
Routine - Low risk situations
Urgent - Moderate risk situations
Emergent - High risk situations
Warm Handoff Dispositions - The types of direct connections that the BHHL makes between callers and providers based on the caller’s needs
- Outpatient Mental Health - Mental health and substance use services offered in an office, community, or clinic setting and not requiring hospitalization or overnight stay.
- Urgent Access - Same or next day appointments, or psychopharmacology and medication for addiction treatment evaluations within 72 hours, at Community Behavioral Health Centers (CBHCs) or Behavioral Health Urgent Cares (BHUCs). Learn more
- Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) - MCI teams provide clinical assessment, de-escalation, safety planning, and triage whether at a CBHC location, in someone’s home or community, or through telehealth, 24/7, regardless of insurance. Learn more
