This project called for the partial renovation of the E Building on the Charlestown Campus of Bunker Hill Community College (BHCC).

The primary goals of the project were to:

• Create an Academic Success Center in the E Building that will expand and co-locate space for key services and create a new Learning Commons to facilitate student success.
• Demolish the existing M Building and rebuild a 10,000 GSF structure as an early package to be used as swing space for the renovation of the E Building. The Study, Schematic Design and Certifiable Report phases as outlined in this proposal for both Buildings E and M are assumed to be concurrent.
