You can get One Care if you
- are between the ages of 21 and 64,
- have a disability,
- have Medicare Parts A and B,*
- qualify for Medicare Part D (drug coverage),**
- have MassHealth Standard or MassHealth CommonHealth, ***
- do not have private health insurance (like health insurance from your job),
- do not take part in a Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver, and
- live in an area covered by a One Care plan.
*How do I know if I have Medicare Parts A and B?
If you have a Medicare card, look at it to see if you have Parts A or B or both.
If you do not have a card, you can learn if you have Medicare A and B by calling Medicare at
(800) 633-4227 or visiting their website at www.medicare.gov.
