Overview 

  1. Launch COMMBUYS   
  2. Select Sign In   
  3. Choose either Forgot User ID or Forgot Password   
  4. Type the requested information   
  5. Select Continue   
  6. After typing the Login ID and/or Email Address, the system may prompt you for the secret login answer
