Overview
The Office of Grants and Research will make one-time grant funds available through a competitive process to eligible 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations, such as faith-based, educational, medical/health care service providers, human services, and other organizations that have demonstrated that they are at high risk for terrorist attacks or hate crimes. Recipients of this funding must contribute matching funds to the project equal to $1 for every $1 contributed by the Commonwealth. Priority will be given to applicants demonstrating the greatest need and proposing cost-effective solutions.
This program is made available through state funding.

Eligibility
Only a 501(c)3 nonprofit that can demonstrate a high risk of a terror attack or hate crime is eligible to apply.
