CPMS Overview
Commonwealth Print and Mail Services (CPMS) is full-service print and mail shop available to all branches of State Government, Municipalities; eligible entities; and the public.
The Operational Services Division’s (OSD) Commonwealth Print Services (CPS), A&F Print, and the print and mail operations of the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development (EOLWD) and the Executive Office of Technology and Services (TSS) have combined forces to create Commonwealth Print and Mail Services (CPMS).
Our facility, located at the Massachusetts Information Technology Center in Chelsea is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, allowing us to provide: high-quality printing services with modernized mail service capabilities, quick turnarounds, and competitive rates.
What CPMS Offers
CPMS produces full color brochures, flyers, postcards, and customized reports. Mail service offerings include postage optimization, intelligent inserting, fulfillment, and inventory management.
