Contact the Poison Center

If someone has been exposed to a poison, take action now:
  • Call the Poison Help hotline immediately at 800-222-1222.
  • If you have a hearing impairment, call the TTY line at 888-244-5313.
  • Call 911 right away if a person is having difficulty breathing, collapses or is losing consciousness, or has a seizure.

The Poison Help hotline is a FREE, 24-hour service that provides professional medical advice to those who have been exposed to a poison.
