“C.J.” as he was affectionately known to friends and family was born, raised, and educated in the Boston area. He graduated from Jamaica Plain High where he excelled in basketball and football. He also studied drafting at the American Technical Institute.
C.J. was a standing member of the Good Shepherd Church of God and Christ where he was baptized and attended Sunday School. He was known as a “Good Samaritan” for his willingness to lend a helping hand, his humor, and love of children. He loved music and aspired to become a disc jockey. No mother in the neighborhood had to worry about carrying her bags to the house if Craig was around.
He is missed by his parents Adeline and William Jones, his daughter Shaquana Jones, the light of his life, and four brothers, Anthony, Mark, Edward Jones, and William McAllister.
He was taken from this life on June 7, 1991.
