DSDVPS division structure

Our team works diligently to administer funds and support programs in their essential work to address the needs of survivors and their communities.

The Division of Sexual and Domestic Violence Prevention and Services (DSDVPS) is composed of sixteen individuals who are dedicated to ensuring survivors have access to the services and support to heal and live free from sexual and domestic violence. Our team works diligently to administer funds and support programs in their essential work to address the needs of survivors and their communities.

Division Director: Stewards the Division of Sexual and Domestic Violence Prevention and Services. Provides leadership, supervision, and support to Program Coordinator and Directors. 

Program Coordinator (PCI): Provides administrative support to the Division Director and the team as a whole.

Director of Prevention, Equity, and Sexual Assault Programs: Oversees prevention and equity programs and leads technical assistance and capacity building initiatives for the Division. Provides management, supervision, and leadership to the Prevention, Equity, and Sexual Assault Programs team. 

Director of Domestic Violence Programs:  Oversees all Domestic Violence Programs within the Division. Provides management, supervision, and leadership to the Domestic Violence Programs team. 

Prevention, Equity, and Sexual Assault Programs Team:

  • Capacity Building and Equity Programs Senior Specialist (PCIII) and Coordinator (PCII): Provide contract management and support to SDVEI, CSIASDV, and Human Trafficking Grant Programs. Support statewide technical assistance and capacity building efforts through planning, implementation, and contract management.
  • Rape Crisis Programs Senior Specialist (PCIII) and Coordinator (PCII): Provide contract management and support to DPH-funded rape crisis centers. Support effective management and reporting of federal grants.
  • Director of Prevention and Education (PCIII): Leads prevention-focused initiatives through management of the Healthy Relationships Grant Program, RESPECTfully, and the Rape Prevention Education Program.
  • Integrations Coordinator (PCII): Supports cross-departmental collaboration and serves as a subject matter expert on sexual and domestic violence for intra-departmental training needs.

Domestic Violence Programs Team:

  • (2) Domestic Violence Programs Senior Specialists (PCIII): Provide contract management and support to DPH-funded domestic violence service providers program models GCBDVS, ES, DVSMT, HS, SVS, CEDV. Manage statewide hotline contract and federal grants that support domestic violence services.
  • (2) Domestic Violence Programs Coordinators (PCII): Provide contract management and support to DPH-funded domestic violence service providers, program models GCBDVS, ES, DVSMT, HS, SVS, CEDV. 
  • IPEAP Director (PCIII) and IPAEP Program Coordinator (PCII): Provides contract management and support to programs that work with offenders of domestic violence and their children, also manages SVS and CEDV contracts and PS Trust Fund grants. 

Our team also works closely with epidemiologists in the Bureau of Community Health and Prevention Office of Statistics and Evaluation. These colleagues are detailed to support the Division and the providers we fund in gathering and reporting data and issues related to research.
