Environmental Justice (EJ) is based on the principle that all people have a right to be protected from environmental hazards and to live in and enjoy a clean and healthful environment. EJ is the equal protection and meaningful involvement of all people with respect to the development, implementation, and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations, and policies and the equitable distribution of environmental benefits.

Request Language Services

The Siting Board strives to ensure meaningful access to Siting Board proceedings, services, programs, activities, and materials for all individuals with LEP.  The Siting Board is committed to making its services available to individuals with LEP or other communications accessibility needs as part of its mission.  Based on this commitment, the Siting Board makes resources available to assist individuals with LEP and others in accessing our services, programs, activities, and materials.  

Interpretation and translation services are available upon request.  Include in your request the language required and a way to contact you if we need more information.  It may not be possible to accommodate last-minute requests.  Translation and interpretation will be provided at no cost to the individual requesting language access.
