When the Governor declares a State of Emergency in Massachusetts or in Suffolk County and non-emergency state employees in the Executive branch are directed not to report to work, the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing office will close. You can find official information about emergency situations on the Commonwealth’s homepage and on the Board’s homepage.

If a declared emergency occurs on a scheduled Board meeting date, it will be cancelled.
