Fixing a missing CHEI Dashboard graph

What to do when expecting to see a graph or map in the CHEI dashboard, but no graph or map shows up.

You skipped the video, Fixing a missing CHEI Dashboard graph.

If there is a blank page in the dashboard where you expect a graph to be, check that the drop-down filter options for your topic and question selection match. For example, after selecting the topic “COVID-19,” make sure to choose a question that starts with “COVID-19” from the “Select a question” dropdown, as shown in the animation above.

For maps, make sure that the questions and response options match (and if needed, pick a new response option that is a valid response to the chosen question).
