Grant Description
As per the Fiscal Year 2027 (FY2027) General Appropriations Act, EEC is releasing this continuation procurement to award grants to one (1) or more applicants(s) who will provide Coordinated Family and Community Engagement (CFCE) services through a statewide system that meets the needs of the children, families, and communities throughout the Commonwealth. Ultimately, EEC seeks to provide coordinated family and community engagement services that address the developmental, social, emotional, and community support needs of young children and their families that fosters healthy development, reduces caregiver isolation, and promotes early learning success.
Who Can Apply
The FY2027 Coordinated Family and Community Engagement (CFCE) Grant is a continuation, non-competitive grant program. Only lead agencies who are in good financial and programmatic standing with the Department of Early Education and Care and received one or more of the following FY2025 grants are eligible to apply:
- FY2026 CFCE Grant
- FY2026 ParentChild+ Grant

How to Apply
The instructions for how to apply for the FY2026 Coordinated Family and Community Engagement (CFCE) Grant have been sent to existing CFCE and Parent Child+ grantees by email, including updated appendices.
The application will be submitted as an online grant application through EEC Finance Application. Grantees can find the link and instructions to the EEC Finance Application in Appendix A.
