Grant Description
As per the Fiscal Year 2026 General Appropriations Act, EEC is releasing this renewal procurement to award grants to one (1) or more applicants(s) who will provide early childhood mental health consultation services through a statewide system that meets the needs of the programs, providers, educators, children, families, and communities throughout the Commonwealth. Ultimately, EEC seeks to provide early childhood mental health consultation (ECMHC) services that address the developmental, social and emotional, and behavioral challenges of infants and young children that will support healthy development, reduce the suspension and expulsion rate in early education and care settings, and promote school success.
Who Can Apply
The FY2026 Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (ECMHC) Grant is a renewal grant program. Only lead agencies who are in good financial and programmatic standing with the Department of Early Education and Care and received one or more of the following FY2025 grants are eligible to apply.

How to Apply

The application will be submitted as an online grant application through EEC Finance Application. Grantees can find the instructions and trainings in EEC Finance – EEC Resources.
