B. Introduction of new member

• Introduction of new committee member, Marcony Almedia-Barros, Deputy Chief of Staff, Access and Engagement in the Governor’s office.

C. Vote to approve December Meeting Minutes.

• Meeting minutes approved via voice vote.

D. Update from DCAMM and Commodore/Walsh

• Discussion of drafting a letter in support of extending remote participation option.
• Update on the PLA ratification process.
• Update on project schedule.

E. Update from Commodore/Walsh on the main package

• Update on the bidding for the main package.
• Update on outreach efforts.

F. Public Question/Comment Period

• Committee members opened the floor up to questions and comments from the public: question received from Jason Kauppi, Merit Construction Alliance, about the PLA.
