• Lisa Dixon, on behalf of Commissioner Gladstone, calls the meeting to order and confirms members are present and technology is working.

• Presentation from Lawrence Andrews, President & CEO, Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation
• Presentation from Nadine Boone, Assistant District Director, U.S. Small Business Administration
• DCAMM staff highlights services of the Massachusetts Procurement Technical Assistance Center (MPTAC).

Presentation from Construction Manager on early packages for MBE, WBE and VBE participation

• Jordan Kannon and Brad Forrest present.

Review upcoming meeting schedule and topics

• Committee members discussed topics for upcoming meetings. February meeting topics will include Committee procedures and outreach plans
