A. Call to Order

B. Administrative Matters

• Informed committee members that Ray Feyre has resigned from the Committee and DCAMM is working on appointing a replacement.
• Discussion of drafting a letter of support to the Legislature for extending remote meeting option.
• Discussion of holding the April meeting in-person.

C. Vote to approve January Meeting Minutes.

• Meeting minutes approved via voice vote.

D. Update from DCAMM and Commodore/Walsh

• Update on the PLA: At the beginning of February, the PLA was ratified and signed by Pioneer Valley Trades Council, Commodore/Walsh and DCAMM.
• DCAMM highlighted the relevant M/W/VBE provisions.
• Update on project timeline and the bidding for the main package.
