Introduction of New Committee Members

• Introduction of New Committee Members: Nicole Obi, the new President of BECMA introduced herself to the committee.

Vote to approve January Meeting Minutes.

• Meeting minutes prepared by DCAMM team shared with Committee members for review and approval.
• January meeting minutes approved via voice vote.

Discussion regarding committee administration

• Committee Members agreed to change meeting schedule to third Friday of the month at 10am.
• Committee Members agreed to pilot at the March meeting allocating 15 minutes for a public comment period at the end of each meeting. Attendees will use the chat function so that Committee members can take comments/questions.
• Committee members agreed that a shared folder should be created to share outreach activity. 

Discussion with Construction Manager and DCAMM on Outreach Plans

• DCAMM and Commodore/Walsh team members led conversation on recent outreach efforts to MBEs, WBEs and VBEs.
• Committee Members asked various questions regarding the presentation

Review upcoming meeting topics

• Next meeting: Friday, March 18th at 10 a.m.
• Update on outreach sessions and workforce.
