B. Administrative Matters

• Informed members of Donna Scally departure.
• Update on Committee TEAMs site.

C. Vote to approve March Meeting Minutes.

• March meeting minutes approved via voice vote.

D. Presentation by Margie Gilligan, Program Director at the Division of Apprentice Standards provided a general overview on apprenticeship programs in the Commonwealth.

• Key components of the apprenticeship program were summarized as well as the goal of apprenticeship expansion.

E. Presentation by Frank Callahan, MA Building Trades Council on union apprenticeship programs.

• Frank Callahan gave an overview of MABTC apprenticeship programs.

F. Presentation by Steve Sullivan, on Building Mass Careers Pre-Apprenticeship Program and Associated Builders and Contractors merit Apprenticeship Programs.

• Presentation on Mass Careers pre-apprenticeship program and merit contractor apprenticeship programs.

G. Questions/Discussion on apprenticeship presentations

• Open floor for Committee member questions and discussion.

H. Public Question/Comment Period

• Committee members received questions and comments from the public via the chat function.
