C. Vote to approve May Meeting Minutes.

• May meeting minutes approved via voice vote.

D. Update from DCAMM and Commodore/Walsh

• Charles Kelsey provided an update on DCAMM’s outreach sessions, reminded members about upcoming July and August sessions and reminded members about the outreach log.
• Committee Member Questions and Discussion:
  • Concerns raised about PLA and impact on MBE and WBE participation
  • Question regarding status of PLA negotiations: ongoing
  • Discussion about early chiller package.
• Meeting Cadence/Look Ahead:
  • Committee members decided to keep the July meeting to discuss early package bids.
