A. Call to Order

• Commissioner Gladstone called the meeting to order.
• Commissioner Gladstone reminded members that the meeting is being recorded.

B. Administrative Matters

Introduction of two new committee members:

• Colleen Fonseca, Executive Director of Builders of Color Coalition.
• Dr. Aisha Miller, the MA Commission on the Status of Women vice-chair.

C. Vote to approve July Meeting Minutes.

• July meeting minutes approved via voice vote.

D. Update from DCAMM and Commodore/Walsh

• Update from Commissioner Gladstone on VA funding request.
• Reminder to Committee Members of the upcoming round of MA Public Construction Opportunities Outreac Events. Events are scheduled in September, October, November & December.
• Update from Charles Kelsey on the September outreach event.
• Update on awards and meeting diversity goals for the early package.
• Committee Members Questions and Discussion:
  • Addressed question regarding PLA finalization.
  • Reviewed use of Teams group for the new committee members.

E. Public Question/Comment Period

• Committee members opened the floor up to questions and comments from the public.

F. Conclusion, Adjournment and set next Meeting Date/ Time
