Meeting Minutes

A. Call to Order

• Commissioner Gladstone calls the meeting to order and confirms members are present and technology is working.

• Confirm that all members and persons anticipated on the agenda are present and can hear.

B. Administrative Matters

• Introduction of new Committee Members: Jose Delgado and Rubens Boursiquot both introduce themselves.
• Committee members agreed to carryover discussion of MBE, WBE and VBE participation to the December meeting. The January meeting will begin workforce participation discussion.
• Next Meeting: Friday December 17th 1-2 p.m.
• 2022 meeting schedule: Committee members approved the last Friday of every month at 10 a.m. for the first quarter of 2022.

C. Vote to approve October Meeting Minutes.

• Meeting minutes prepared by DCAMM staff shared with Committee Members for review and approval.
• October meeting minutes approved via voice vote.

D. Presentation by DCAMM on the Affirmative Marketing Program, MBE, WBE & VBE participation, SDO & DCAMM certification, subcontracting, and compliance

• Susan Goldfischer and Charles Kelsey present to the Committee.
• Committee members asked various questions (see Committee website with recording of meeting for details).

E. Conclusion

• Meeting adjourned with reminder to return open meeting law certification forms.
