B. Administrative Matters
Charles Kelsey thanked the participants for joining the virtual meeting. Topics for consideration, vote to approve December 2025 Meeting Minutes. Meeting minutes prepared by DCAMM team shared with committee members for review.
C. Motion to approve the December 2025 meeting minutes:
1st Karen Courtney, 2nd Mary-dith Tuitt. All attendees voting in the affirmative, the meeting minutes were approved after second roll call.
D. Update from Commodore/Walsh
- Nathalie Assens provided updates, work in progress.
- Aerial photos of overall site were reviewed.
- Curtainwall installation continued.
- Drywall and finishes installation ongoing.
- Flooring installation ongoing.
- Kitchen Equipment installation ongoing.
- IT Rooms rooms installation ongoing.
Karellis Rivera reported updates from previous month. All contract values and payments to diverse firms through December 2025 presented. All workforce goals are being exceeded.
E. Outreach Update
DCAMM and SDO scheduled MA Construction Opportunities Outreach Virtual Events for the following dates below:
February 11, 2026: 1pm -2:30pm
May 19, 2026: 10am - 11:30am
September 24, 2026: 1pm -2:30pm
December 2, 2026: 10am – 11:30am
