Human Trafficking Enforcement and Training Grant Program

This program assists Massachusetts District Attorneys in the investigation and prosecution of human trafficking cases, enhances local community relationships with law enforcement and promotes multidisciplinary and trauma-informed approaches to serving survivors of trafficking.

PLEASE NOTE: This program is not currently accepting applications for funding.

 

The intent of the Human Trafficking Enforcement and Training Grant Program is to assist Massachusetts District Attorney Offices in strengthen human trafficking investigations and prosecutions as well as enhance local community relationships and municipal law enforcement’s capacity to work on anti-trafficking cases. This program also aims to support the expansion of victim-centered and multi-disciplinary approaches to working with survivors through trauma-informed programming and support services that promote justice, access and empowerment.

This program is made available through state funding.

 

Program Eligibility:

Only a Massachusetts District Attorney’s Office (DAO) is eligible to apply.  Only one application may be submitted by each DAO.

Deadline for FAQ Submission: October 11, 2023
Application Due: October 30, 2023
Award Notification (Tentative): November 2023
Performance Period (Tentative): December 2023 – June 30, 2024
