Interagency Coordinating Council (ICC) meetings

Registration information and agendas for ICC meetings.

The ICC is a public body and is therefore subject to the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law. The law requires all meetings of public bodies, including ICC General Sessions and subcommittee meetings, be open to the public and puts forth requirements that guide meeting operations. This page includes meeting information for Fiscal Year 2025.

Steering Committee Meetings

The Steering Committee is composed of the ICC co-chairs, an EI Division representative, a parent representative, the chairs of the subcommittees, and a MA EI Consortium representative.  

General Session Meetings

The ICC is a public body. In addition to appointed members, any interested community member is welcome to attend and participate in ICC general sessions and/or subcommittee meetings. Voting is limited to appointed membership.

Membership Committee Meetings

The Membership Committee’s charge is to develop a member recruitment and engagement plan and conduct a membership gap analysis. 

Fiscal Committee Meetings

The Fiscal Committee’s charge is to recommend fiscal monitoring procedures to support effective audits conducted by the Early Intervention Division.   

Family, Equity, and Engagement Committee

The Family Equity and Engagement Committee’s charge is to make recommendations to the EI Division to accomplish the goal of having increased representativeness and decreased non-response bias in the NCSEAM survey.

Service Quality Committee Meetings

The Service Quality Committee’s charge is to track transition metrics and identify opportunities to reduce disparities, monitor federal reporting and disaggregated reporting to improve equity (incl. SSP & APR).
