The DIA offices utilize the services of Lion Bridge to assist personnel when communicating with anyone with limited English proficiency.
Pursuant 452 CMR 1.10 (10), the responsibility for providing and paying for an interpreter when needed at a Section 10A conference rests with the party filing the claim or complaint. Certified interpreters are required at Hearings.
