Office of Community Corrections (OCC)
The OCC is a division of the MPS. There are 16 Community Justice Support Centers. The centers offer structured treatment and services throughout the day to support positive behavior change, and serve as an alternative to incarceration. The OCC manages the Trial Court Community Service Program. The Massachusetts Trial Court Community Service Program offers court-involved people an opportunity to complete court ordered community service hours. Community service participants are supervised by probation staff at various locations around the state.
