The Legal Representation Fund was created to help fund free legal representation to detained immigrants who are eligible to request an immigration bond. Eligible individuals will be connected with an immigration lawyer who will perform an intake and determine eligibility for bond. If the individual is eligible, they will receive free legal representation for the bond hearing.

- Eligible for bond without criminal charges that render the person ineligible for bond, or unlikely to receive bond
- Have ties to Massachusetts (MA)
- Are income-qualified, meaning their income does not allow them to hire an attorney
