  • AllPaths Family Building Access resources, support, and community while trying to build your family, particularly for people struggling with fertility and family building. Connect with a peer group to get emotional support and understanding without judgement.
  • Empty Arms Bereavement Support Get access to a support group, an individual connection, or online resources. For individuals and families whose babies have died through miscarriage, stillbirth, early infant death, or termination for medical reasons.
  • Massachusetts Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Groups Join free weekly online group chats to support you after a pregnancy loss.
  • General Counseling Services | Native American LifeLines Access individual and group counseling services. Telebehavioral health options are available. For Urban American Indians and Alaska Natives.

  • The TEARS Foundation Get access to emotional support, community, and financial assistance after the loss of a child.

  • Accessing Abortion Care in Massachusetts Learn more about how to access abortion care in Massachusetts.
  • Avoid Anti-Abortion Centers: Learn more about Anti-Abortion centers, how to avoid them, and abortion protections in Massachusetts. Find comprehensive sexual and reproductive health services. If you have other children who knew about the pregnancy, it is important to talk to them, explain what has happened, and support their process of grief and bereavement. There are many resources that can support these conversations depending on the child’s age, development, and other factors.
